Shirley Valentine is one of the most celebrated, totally hilarious (and totally relatable) comedies of our time. Shirley is a bored, middle-aged housewife trapped in a stale and loveless marriage. She finds solace in her daily glass of wine, talking to the walls as she muses over the lack of excitement in her life.
