Summer Day Camp: STEM Flight Lab

Think you are the future of aviation and space technology? Learn about the creative technologies that got aviation to where it is today stretch your inventive muscles to help design the next big thing. Design and test rockets and paper airplanes and take a seat in our fastest aircraft!

High-flying adventure returns as the Alberta Aviation Museum announces the return of our Summer Day Camps! A limited number of day camps are available for campers aged 6-12 to learn how to take flight.

Running from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, the camps will take place on select Wednesdays throughout the summer.  Camps explore Edmonton’s rich aviation history while exploring what future aviators need to know to take to the sky!

Children will have the opportunity to explore the museum, sit in the cockpit of one of our aircraft, and flex their creative muscles designing and testing flying objects, all while using their creativity and imagination to explore the world of aviation.
